What we do
Team Support is an independent recruitment company providing temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions to schools, local authorities and other public sector organisations.
Its education recruitment service can support schools with teaching assistants, nursery staff, administrative and clerical teams, catering staff, cleaners, caretakers and other operational roles. The company works with clients to understand their staffing requirements and can provide short-notice cover, longer-term placements and support for larger recruitment projects.
Candidates undergo screening and selection checks, which can be tailored to include role-specific assessments, inductions and client requirements, alongside standard identity and right-to-work checks. This helps schools access suitable staff while meeting their safeguarding, compliance and operational needs.
