We offer a wide range of live online courses, covering all key areas of school premises management, health and safety compliance and statutory obligations. Whether you are looking to strengthen day-to-day operational safety or gain assurance at leadership level, there is a course to meet your needs.

Every course is delivered live, not pre-recorded. This allows delegates to engage fully with the trainer and ask questions at the end of each session, ensuring learning is relevant to their own school context.

  • Effective School Estate Management Conference

    NASPM will be speaking at the Westminster Insight Educational Estates and Buildings Conference on 20 May 2026 in London. This event brings together education leaders, estates professionals and policy experts to discuss the future of school buildings, safety and estate management. During the conference, NASPM will deliver a session on holistic security management in school estates. The presentation will explore why security auditing is often the missing foundation in school safety, the growing importance of effective security risk assessments as Martyn’s Law approaches, and how schools can strengthen their approach to critical incidents, lockdown procedures and fire safety. The session will also highlight common risk management failings seen across school estates and share practical insight to help schools strengthen compliance and protect pupils, staff and visitors.

  • Fire Warden

    This course is based on the RRFSO and BB100 School Fire Standard. This training covers the standards stipulated for School Fire Safety, schools' FRA, fire evacuation plan and procedures, PEEPS, and emergency arrangements.   At the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively carry out their roles as fire wardens, understand the requirements of the fire safety legislation and ensure their safety in a fire.  On completion of this course, the school staff become competent fire wardens and have the knowledge of RRFSO 2005 requirements and how to ensure the school has suitable and sufficient fire evacuation plans. Also, awareness of fire risk management and the key control measures of being a competent fire warden 

  • Your Defence Starts Today – Accident Management – Headteacher

    What happens if a serious accident occurs at school? What are the legal statutory duties for schools in managing accidents? What happens in the event of a civil claim? What happens in the event of a Health and Safety HSE investigation? Are you prepared? What documents do you need?
