What we do
Blue Arrow provides temporary, permanent and managed recruitment services to schools, colleges, academies and trusts across the UK. Its specialist education staffing service focuses on the essential operational and pupil-facing roles that keep education settings running safely and effectively.
Roles supplied include chefs, kitchen assistants, cleaners, caretakers, administrators, receptionists, minibus drivers, lunchtime supervisors, exam invigilators and classroom technicians. Blue Arrow can support schools with urgent cover, planned recruitment, long-term placements and the management of larger temporary workforces across multiple sites.
Candidates undergo centralised vetting, including background checks, identity verification and qualification checks, helping schools meet their safeguarding and compliance requirements while maintaining continuity across catering, cleaning, facilities and support services.
