This course is based on the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992(MHOR). It raises awareness of the dangers associated with manual handling and the practical steps that can be taken to minimise and control the risks that it presents.

Participants will be able to risk assess tasks, use safe lifting and moving techniques, reduce chances of injury due to manual handling.
