Fire Warden

This course is based on the RRFSO and BB100 School Fire Standard. This training covers the standards stipulated for School Fire Safety, schools’ FRA, fire evacuation plan and procedures, PEEPS, and emergency arrangements.  

At the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively carry out their roles as fire wardens, understand the requirements of the fire safety legislation and ensure their safety in a fire. 

On completion of this course, the school staff become competent fire wardens and have the knowledge of RRFSO 2005 requirements and how to ensure the school have suitable and sufficient fire evacuation plans. Also, awareness of fire risk management and the key control measures of being a competent fire warden
