Fire Safety Management – HTs

The Head Teacher is the Responsible Person under the legal requirements of the RRFSO 2005. This includes many ‘must’ duties for implementing fire safety measures within the school setting.

The course aims to enable the Head Teacher to be aware of the legal duties for school fire safety management and to ensure the school has a fire safety management system in place.

Reviewing the articles within the RRFSO and how these should be practically managed within the school environment. Guidance on fire safety compliance standards and a review of the fire safety enforcer’s code.
