CDM Management

This course will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of your responsibilities and obligations under the CDM regulations 2015.
The course covers an overview of CDM regulations, client responsibilities, client role in project planning, pre-construction information, competence and resource, health and safety file, communication and collaboration, contract management, documentation and recordkeeping and emergency preparedness.

On completing the course, participants will have a clear understanding of CDM regulations, their responsibilities as client, their role in project planning, providing pre-construction information, competencies, resource and health and safety issues.
