Legionella Management for SBM

A focus on Legionella management system that includes the written scheme of control. An overview of legislation, including the L8 and control matrix needed to manage Legionella in the school. Designed to highlight the risks of exposure to Legionella bacteria, this Legionella Awareness Training Course looks at what to look out for and how to protect your school from harmful Legionnaires’ disease.  

An overview of actions required when dealing with Legionella bacteria found in the school water system.  

On completing this course, participants will have all the knowledge, information and tools required to safely manage Legionella within school premises.
