SUMMARY:Managing Contractors
DESCRIPTION:This course follows HSE’s approach to managing contractors.   \nParticipants will understand what steps they need to take to manage contractors on school premises\, the risks associated with contractors’ works and create an effective plan to control them. The importance of co-operation and coordination with contractors\, the use of safe systems of work and permits.  \nOn completion of this course\, participants will possess the knowledge and skills required to manage contractors while on site. They will understand the importance of contract coordination and cooperation and be able to review safe systems of work.
